Description from the seller
WXYZ (1980) – “322-1” (2026) – Unique Original Concrete Sculpture (1/1)
WXYZ (1980) – “322-1” (2026)
Original Hand-Painted Concrete Sculpture – Unique Piece (1/1)
100% Handcrafted – Entirely Created and Produced by the Artist
Original sculpture in concrete, entirely handcrafted and hand-painted with acrylics by French street artist WXYZ.
This is a truly unique original artwork (1/1), not a mass-produced object or an industrial reproduction. Every stage of its creation has been personally carried out by the artist, from the original design and mould-making to the concrete casting, finishing and meticulous hand-painting.
With its vibrant colors and distinctive pixelated silhouette, “322-1” embodies the meeting point between urban art, contemporary sculpture and pop culture.
The composition features a striking mosaic of vivid colors arranged in a rhythmic geometric pattern, creating a powerful contrast with the raw, textured concrete.
Each color is carefully applied by hand using acrylic paints, giving the sculpture its distinctive character and visual intensity.
Small surface irregularities, tiny air bubbles and subtle imperfections are deliberately preserved, celebrating the authentic character of concrete and recalling the weathered surfaces of urban walls.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
FROM GRAFFITI TO SCULPTURE
The “322-1” is an emblematic figure in WXYZ’s artistic universe, born from his transition from graffiti to three-dimensional art.
Its name refers directly to Article 322-1 of the French Penal Code, concerning damage to property — a reference to the artist’s roots in graffiti culture.
Through this iconic character, WXYZ transforms the visual language of the street into a tangible contemporary artwork.
Both playful and architectural, the sculpture combines the nostalgic charm of pixel art with the raw energy of street art.
From the streets to sculpture, “322-1” embodies the transformation of graffiti into a lasting artistic object.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
100% HANDCRAFTED – UNIQUE ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Every aspect of this sculpture has been entirely executed by WXYZ himself.
From the initial artistic concept and creation of the original model to the mould-making, concrete casting, manual finishing and meticulous acrylic painting, the entire production process is carried out exclusively by the artist.
No industrial manufacturing. No mass production. No outsourced production.
Each stage reflects WXYZ's personal craftsmanship, technical expertise and artistic vision.
The concrete is individually cast and carefully finished by hand before receiving its vibrant acrylic colors, applied with precision to enhance the sculpture's distinctive pixelated geometry.
This is a unique original artwork (1/1), entirely conceived, fabricated and painted by the artist himself.
Its individuality lies not only in its sculptural form but also in the hand-applied colors, textures and finishing details that make it truly one of a kind.
