Description from the seller

Splendido Decanter Art Déco in Cristallo di Boemia Incamiciato Rosso Rubino – Lavorazione Artigianale (Metà XX Secolo)
Descrizione:
For collectors and lovers of high glass antique, I propose an exceptional vintage decanter in fine Bohemian crystal, blushed ruby red (Ruby Red Cut-to-Clear), dating from the Art Déco period (c. 1930-1950).
The object embodies the mastery of the historic European manufactories of the era (style perfectly akin to the famous Nachtmann and Val Saint Lambert productions). The tall, slender body and neck are decorated with a geometrical motif of the highest precision: large facet-cut ribs and smooth, hand-carved portholes that remove the colored layer to reveal the magnificent transparency and refraction of the crystal beneath.
Dettagli di autenticità e valore collezionistico:
• Tappo originale coordinato: The decanter retains its original elongated drop-shaped stopper with an internal colored bubble.
• Numero di accoppiamento inciso a mano: On the base of the stopper is the handmade-engraved work number. This historical detail attests to the fully artisanal craftsmanship: each stopper was ground individually to guarantee a millimetric airtight seal “glass-on-glass” with only the neck of its specific bottle.
• Condizioni: Excellent vintage condition. Crystal is brilliant, free from clouding, cracks, or passing chips.

Un pezzo da esposizione raro, ideale per arricchire una vetrina di cristalli d'epoca o come raffinato elemento da servizio per liquori e vini pregiati.
