AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Elegant and decorative bronze sculpture of a pheasant in a dynamic pose, executed after Milo.
The sculpture has a powerful, upward composition with a prominently raised tail/wings and a highly detailed feather structure. The warm bronze patina is combined with green-blue accents on the rocky base, giving the sculpture a lot of depth and character.
The sculpture rests on a heavy round pedestal of green veined marble, which gives the whole a luxurious and classical appearance. Due to its height, movement and fine detailing, it is a striking object for an interior, office, gallery, study room, or a collection of bronze animal figures.
On the base there is a Milo signature and a medallion with among others Bronze Garanti / Paris / JB Déposée. It concerns a work after Milo, i.e., in the style of Milo.
