Description from the seller
Exclusive Herend porcelain cabaret sets – “Queen Victoria” & “Vienna Rose” (hand-painted).
For sale are two splendid, hand-painted cabaret sets (appetizer sets) from the world-renowned Hungarian traditional manufactory Herend. The elegant pieces showcase the classic osier border relief (Osier-Form) and are refined with fine gold rims.
Details of the décors:
Set 1: Decor “Queen Victoria”
This plate and the accompanying bowls are painted in a beautiful variant of the world-famous “Queen Victoria” decor. In the center lies a detailed blue main bloom, surrounded by filigree, hand-painted butterflies and delicate sprigs.
Set 2: Decor “Vienna Rose” / “Petite Rose” (Purple)
The second set is adorned with the noble and traditional rose decor in vivid purple/magenta. The centerpiece is a large, masterfully shaded rose, stylishly framed by fine buds and foliage.
Scope of the offer:
These are complete, 4-piece cabaret sets (Herend form numbers 443 / 5261). Each of the two sets consists of:
- 2 large, round presentation plates (coasters)
- 6 precisely fitted, crescent-shaped insertion bowls that come together on the large plate to form a round overall image
Origin & condition:
Manufacturer: Herend Porcelain Manufactory, Hungary (original blue underside marks present).
Condition: Excellent collector’s condition. The paintings and gold rims are wonderfully preserved.
Packaging & shipping:
As this is extremely delicate fine porcelain, I place the utmost importance on safe transport. Each piece is wrapped individually and multiple times thick in bubble wrap. Shipping is carried out exclusively as a secure package with tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery at any time.
Note: The first image was AI-generated and serves solely to present the item appealingly on a neutral background. For assessing the actual condition, only the following original photos are definitive.
