Vintage mechanical crumb sweeper "Le Grillon" – Unis France – Chrome metal – circa 1950

Magnificent and authentic mechanical table crumb sweeper, the iconic model named "Le Grillon". Equipped with a rotating internal brush with natural bristles in perfect working order, it captures crumbs on the tablecloth as you roll the device.

The chrome-plated metal handle is fully removable for easy storage.

The bottom of the inner bowl is officially stamped with the collective union mark "UNIS FRANCE" housed in an oval, accompanied by the inscription "LE GRILLON" and the foundry/patent number "55", guaranteeing its authenticity and 100% French-made vintage production.

Note: This model shares the same historic patent as the famous high-end versions produced in parallel by the silverware maker Christofle, here constituting the original and popular chrome-plated metal everyday version.
