AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
The objects in the photo are two Iron Chines, decorative sculptures/artistic busts in perforated metal dedicated to the world of Dylan Dog, born from an idea of the craftsman and artist Giulio Pellegrini.
Specifically, these two editions arose from a special project in collaboration with the Harlech Group DYD "G. Montanari" (a group of collectors and enthusiasts dedicated to the historic Dylan Dog illustrator Giuseppe Montanari) and feature drawings by the renowned comic artist Marco Bianchini.
Here are the detailed details about the two pieces:
1. Bodeo 1889
• Subject: The famous issued pistol of Dylan Dog aimed at a group of zombies.
• Edition: Limited edition of only 150 numbered copies and complete with box.
2. HMS Victory
• Subject: The famous galley of the comic ("The Ghost Vessel") that towers in front of a lighthouse.
• Edition: Even rarer, limited to only 100 numbered copies and complete with box.
Being special limited-edition runs, created specifically for Dylan Dog enthusiasts and unfortunately among the last projects curated by Giulio Pellegrini (who passed away in 2024), they are highly sought after by collectors.
Shipping and careful packaging within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
