Splendid pair of vintage armchairs original from the 1950s, a perfect example of Italian Mid-Century Modern design.
The chairs feature a beautiful sculptural line with a curved back (bucket seat) and the distinctive lower geometric opening. They are supported by the iconic needle-like legs (grissino model) in black metal, complete with their original brass-toned feet and end caps.
The upholstery has a refined damask fabric with classic motifs of the era. The frames and cushions are solid and stable. An absolutely elegant piece, ideal to give a vintage, authorial touch to contemporary living rooms, studies, or boutiques.
