TASTING NOTES

Visual examination:

Ancient garnet color with orange reflections and a bright luster that seduces the eye with its delicate transparency.

Olfactory:

On the nose, great complexity and concentration dominated by licorice-spice notes and juniper berries, with a balsamic touch of sandalwood and abundant toasting. Then a fruity profile recalling fruit preserved in spirits, strawberry and blackberry jams, ending with notes of flowers in drying.

Gustatory:

Extreme gustative elegance on the palate, vigorous with a dominant tannin that will reach its maximum evolution over the years. A sip in which savoriness and a tingling freshness stand out, with a long and tasty persistence in continual evolution.
