Description from the seller

Pair of Art Nouveau bathroom furniture in wood, marble and mirror - c. 1900.

Elegant pair of dressing tables or bedside tables with Art Nouveau influence, made of solid wood and veneered wood, featuring rectangular marble tops in cream- and pink-toned shades.

Each piece has a top drawer and a lower compartment closed by a door, preserving period metal hardware. The fronts are decorated with floral carvings and oval insets with vegetal motifs. At the bottom there are slatted shelves, supported by straight legs.

The elevated backs integrate rectangular mirrors, topped by curved pediments with carved floral appliqués. The doors open in opposite directions, confirming this is a true pair.
