Corgi box – Set of 5 vintage miniature trucks – Mettoy edition 1982 – In original box with window
Beautiful Corgi Toys box with 5 collectible miniature trucks, presented in the original box with a transparent window. Made by The Mettoy Company Plc (Great Britain), this box is dated 1982, as stated on the box, which makes it a particularly interesting find for collectors of vintage miniatures and utility vehicles.
The box contains five models with colorful and diverse liveries: a white and green refrigerator van, a red and yellow curtain-side van, a yellow and blue trailer, a red and gray tanker, and a blue tanker with the Corgi Chemco logo. The miniatures are crafted with a high level of detail, faithful to Corgi craftsmanship, with metal cabs, precisely depicted wheels and authentic period decorations.
The whole is presented in the original packaging. The box is complete but shows some signs of wear over time: light stains at the corners, a slight sealing of the plastic window, and subtle edge wear, visible in the photos. The five vehicles appear complete and well preserved.
This box makes a wonderful addition to a collection of Corgi miniatures, industrial vehicles, or old British toy cars. It is also very suitable for display or as a gift for a vintage modeling enthusiast.
