Description from the seller
The NAD 314 is an integrated stereo amplifier from NAD’s renowned 300-series, designed in the 1990s as the direct evolution of models such as the 3020 and 304. The amplifier is known for its typical NAD philosophy: no superfluous frills, but a no-nonsense construction with a focus on musicality, stability and a substantial dynamic reserve. Thanks to the well-thought-out power supply circuit it drives even demanding loudspeakers effortlessly and controlled, while NAD’s well-known Soft Clipping circuit prevents clipping at high volume. In addition, it is equipped with a very good built-in phono preamplifier (MM) for a turntable, and the preamp and power amp can be separated via jumpers on the rear.
The unit is delivered complete in the original factory box, including the foam inserts.
Condition-wise the amplifier itself is New Old Stock (NOS): brand new, never used and completely free of signs of use or damage. The original box has sustained clear storage damage to the cardboard over the years, but has always fully protected the unit itself.
