This handwoven kilim features a particularly modern, dynamic design and a clear two-tone appearance. The surface is defined by large, interlocking blocks in coral orange and sage green, which extend across the rug in elongated, jagged transitions.
A particularly characteristic feature is the fine horizontal line structure that runs across the entire surface. The transitions between orange and green thus appear almost fluid and give the rug a lively, subtly dynamic optical effect. On the two narrow sides, the composition is framed by slim strips in blue and red.
Through the combination of warm and cool color effects, a modern, expressive rug emerges that, despite its clear design, does not feel austere. The visible weave structure and the slightly irregular color transitions emphasize the handmade character.
