A lovely antique Chinese porcelain thickly yet elegantly potted large cosmetic box and cover, with a central decoration of Hidden Floral Decoration, executed in a nice monochrome sacrificial blue glaze with remnants of red lacquer. Handcrafted in ancient Imperial China during the Qing dynasty, Kangxi period, 1662-1722.

Diameter: 12,8 centimeter

Condition: The object is in overall good condition, the top part with only a shallow flake, the lower part with small baking imperfections and a short hairline (ca. 1,1 cm). The condition is carefully checked with strong UV-light and bright translucent white light.
