The block has a glue residue on the top two stamps (these are not the plate flaws).

The plate flaw 149 P has a broken O in POSTZEGEL and the left frame line is broken (stamp 195).
The plate flaw 149 P1 has a broken second E in NEDERLAND (stamp 196).
