Elegant Sardinian handcrafted knife made by the renowned cutlery Monni, authentic expression of Pattada tradition and the best island craftsmanship.
This refined Scuoio model stands out for its magnificent monolithic handle in natural black polished ram horn, carefully selected and worked to enhance its shades and ergonomic shape. The fine bulinata head adds further character and aesthetic value to the knife, recalling the ancient decorations of Sardinian traditional cutlery.
The satin blade is made of stainless steel EN 1.4060, material appreciated for its corrosion resistance and excellent edge retention. The knife features harmonious and elegant lines that make it ideal for both the collector and the enthusiast of Italian regional cutlery.
