Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to make it absolutely clear that I ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or within the EU that has a special tax agreement (e.g., the Canary Islands), it may be stopped at local customs and you may be asked to pay taxes. This is a legal customs procedure and is completely outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT: We do not ship to Cyprus, Norway and Switzerland.
For shipments from the Islands I need you to provide your ID card (DNI) to avoid delays in preparing the shipment.
VERY IMPORTANT: For shipments over 200 Euros without insurance, the risk is the customer’s; the insurance is 1.5% of the amount you want to insure; you must take into account the total order amount.
Please take this into account and discuss it with Catawiki before paying, as I cannot provide account details through messages, etc. to avoid delays in the order.
SPECIAL SITUATION: Shipments to the United States must go through customs and, depending on current circumstances and the value of the package, may be subject to duties
