Everything is energy... If you want to learn more about the work of Sodalite, it’s best to scour the Internet—and test for yourself over time the things that are published about it. On the Internet, you can read, among other things, the following about it...:
Sodalite gives insight into yourself and helps you stay true to yourself. It promotes self-acceptance, self-respect and self-confidence. It helps break through fears, phobias and self-defense mechanisms.
Works well for irritability, restlessness, distractibility and overfatigue. Sodalite stimulates a desire for freedom, truth and the expression of your opinions and feelings. In a group, the stone can be used effectively to strengthen harmony, trust and solidarity. It helps to let go of daily worries and problems. Physically, Sodalite helps with complaints of the throat, neck, larynx and vocal cords (hoarseness and loss of voice). It stimulates fluid uptake in the body due to the high sodium content of the stone. Sodalite has fever-reducing, blood-pressure-lowering and cooling effects. It can also be used to help sleep well due to the aluminum contained in the stone. It also helps with dizziness and tinnitus. Sodalite can be cleaned in all ways.
