Cambridge Distillery presents its Japanese Gin at 42% ABV (70 cl), the world’s first gin focused exclusively on Japanese botanicals. Each is distilled individually under vacuum at low temperature and then blended: juniper, shiso leaf, sesame seeds, cucumber, sansho pepper and yuzu peel.
