Rosenthal Studio Line Suomi Lanka

Stylish cake plates and a cake platter from the renowned Rosenthal Suomi series, model Lanka. These elegant pieces are crafted from white porcelain and feature a subtle platinum rim. The Suomi line’s signature rounded, organic form creates a timeless and harmonious aesthetic—a perfect balance between modern design and practical utility.

The Suomi series was created by the world-famous Finnish designer Timo Sarpaneva, one of the most influential figures in 20th-century design. His work is defined by simplicity, functionality, and sculptural elegance. The Suomi line, which has received numerous international design awards, is considered a masterpiece of Scandinavian tableware.

The Lanka pattern, accented with a platinum rim, was produced between 1981 and 1996 and is no longer in production. The combination of pristine porcelain and a refined metallic edge makes these pieces highly sought after by both those who use them and collectors of fine tableware.
