Schuco Varianto 3010 V2 "L" gift box incl. 3044 Bus + 3042 Tow/Load Wagon (fully complete).
Made in post-war Germany (1951-1966)

Note: The stamped "L" on the side of the box likely refers to the "Left-hand drive" intersection (thus intended for the English market).

Very rare and large original Schuco 3010 V gift set containing 2 Varianto cars (3042 Lasto + 3044 Bus), wind-up key, crossing with traffic light, and various other accessories.
The wind-up mechanisms of both the Lasto and the Bus work excellently, so these old tin toy cars run nicely and shift as they should.

Both cars are in excellent condition and the box is very nice, but the lid has a heavily damaged left edge and the inner box has some Scotch tape on one corner.

But the front image, which is very important to collectors and very colorful, is super cool!
