A splendid vintage set consisting of 12 table knives (large menu knives) of Italian manufacture from the mid-20th century.
The handles are made of solid 800 silver, finely decorated in a classic style with elegant shell and scroll motifs at the tip (a style reminiscent of Chippendale/Baroque). The blades are of the highest quality stainless steel produced in Maniago, the famous Italian city of knives.
Details and Marking:
• Blade mark: Present is the prestigious historic logo with Saint George slaying the dragon and the engraving of the brand "CORICAMA INOXID".
• Motto engraved: Above the shield is the famous era slogan of the company: "HO VINTO LA RUGGINE", which certifies the authenticity and the historical period of the set.
• Silver hallmark: At the base of the handle is clearly stamped the silver hallmark "800" inside the oval, accompanied by the identifying mark of the Italian craftsman.
