Description from the seller

Antique Seltzer siphon produced by the famous company "Sparklets London" - Metal mesh - Edition for the Italian market (1930s/1950s) model type C
• Material: heavy glass, protective steel metal mesh, dispensing head and nozzle in chrome/antimony metal.
This specimen is a rare official version produced specifically for export to Italy, as evidenced by the original Italian inscriptions engraved on the metal collar: 'Fill with liquid no higher than the line' and 'Let the gas in slowly by shaking vigorously'.
The body is made of very thick glass, completely covered by the iconic metal mesh pattern that protected the bottle from internal pressure and helped grip it.
The item presents itself in good aesthetic and structural condition, with a beautiful patina on the metal that enhances its vintage decorative character and mid-century modern appeal. It has not been tested for hydraulic operation; it is sold as a collectible piece, for display, or as an exclusive furnishing accessory.
