AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
This is a rare underglaze blue and red dragon bowl in the style of the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty. The dragon is predominantly blue against a white porcelain background, creating a harmonious balance. The craftsmanship is exquisite, the painting delicate, the shape unique, and the workmanship meticulous. The perfect combination of blue and red enamels makes it extremely valuable to collectors. The bottom of the bowl bears a six-character inscription: "Made in the Xuande period of the Great Ming Dynasty," in remarkably neat handwriting. Given the extreme rarity of Xuande-era porcelain, this piece is even more precious to collectors.
