Italian Florentine Ceiling Lamp / Wall Lamp – Wrought Iron with Metal Roses – Hollywood Regency, circa 1960s/1970s
Florentine ceiling lamp (also suitable as a wall lamp), manufactured in Italy in the 1960s or 1970s.
The lamp is completely hand-forged from iron and features finely detailed leaf clusters with a characteristic green-gold patina.
The structure is richly decorated with atmospheric, soft pink roses.
In the heart there is a striking, larger flower with a metal decorative knob in the center, beneath which the light fitting is subtly tucked. When the lamp is lit, the leaves and flowers create a beautiful, atmospheric play of shadows and light on the ceiling or wall.
