Description from the seller

Pair of Art Nouveau vases – silvered Gallia metal – Christofle - France – early 20th century

Professionally shipped – more than 1000 five-star reviews worldwide.

Pair of vases from the Gallia line by Christofle, with a bulging body and a narrow neck that flares into a wavy opening. The relief decoration is inspired by the Turkish hazelnut, with leaves and hulls repeating across the four sides of each vase. Upright stems connect the foot to the neck and follow the curved shape of the vases.

Height 21 cm and width 6.5 cm per vase; combined weight 790 g; made of white metal and professionally re-silvered by a certified silversmith, bottom marked with a coat of arms featuring a rooster and the inscription GALLIA METAL, the Christofle/Alfénide mark with a goat’s head and model number 4703, in good overall condition with small superficial irregularities and pits, with discoloration on the interior and bottom.

Please look carefully at the photos, they are part of the description.

Shipped with track & trace.
