Antique carved-wood Chaise Longue with a Swan

Elegant antique chaise longue, or daybed, of nineteenth-century taste with Victorian inspiration, characterized by a refined dark wood frame finely worked. The sinuous line of the backrest is adorned by a prominent carved element depicting a stylized swan, with a curved neck and broad carved plumage, giving the piece a strong decorative character. The elongated seat and the padded back are upholstered in fabric in pink-peach tones, decorated with small geometric motifs repeated and finished along the edges with gold tassels. The lower band of the frame features continuous carved work, while the turned legs complete the ensemble in harmony. Also present is a cylindrical cushion coordinated with the upholstery.
