Very beautiful and sharp Utrecht City Duit 1687 with the stamp of Utrecht. On this coin we see the impression (stamp) 'Utrechts stadswapen'. This stamp was applied as part of the reform/cleanup of the Utrecht duit circulation. In the 17th century the Republic was flooded with all sorts of domestic and foreign duits.
