Label Information and Curiosities
Label Information: The front and back labels bear the winery name "Kellerei / Cantina Schreckbichl Colterenzio", the line "Prail", the grape variety and the denomination "Sauvignon South Tyrol Alto Adige DOC", the vintage "2024", the alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and the 750ml format.
Curiosity: Produced from vineyards located at an altitude between 400 and 500 meters above sea level in the Cornaiano (Appiano) area, "Prail" is one of the most representative expressions of Sauvignon from Alto Adige. The winemaking involves separate aging for about 6 months on fine lees: most of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve crispness and freshness, while a small percentage matures in large wooden casks to confer greater complexity and structure.
