Sculpture, garniture - 56 cm - Plaster

A magnificent Art Nouveau period fireplace ornament from the early 20th century, in polychrome art plaster.
This complete and inseparable ensemble includes:
• 1 central figurine: Represents a young boy in the countryside. Height: 56 cm. (Mold number 71 engraved on the back).
• 2 matching side vases: Rural/peasant relief decor forming an asymmetric pair. Height: 40 cm. (Complementary mold numbers 178 and 179 engraved on the back).
Features & Authenticity:
• Origin: Authentic French manufacture. Each piece bears the engraved mark « FRANCE », its original serial number, and the oval factory stamp impressed in relief on the piece.
• Condition: Good overall aesthetic condition with a superb original patina. Some small, discreet signs of wear (notably on the bases, revealing the white plaster beneath), which attest to its age and authenticity. No major breakage or reattachments."
