Description from the seller
The Panasonic PE-28S is a compact automatic flash unit designed for film-based camera systems. Its forward-leaning, compact body minimizes interference with the camera's grip area when mounted. Equipped with two control dials and a reference chart on the back, it allows for quick adjustments to aperture settings and flash modes.
The unit features built-in automatic light metering, manual power output control, and an optical slave triggering function. It has a guide number (GN) of 28 (at ISO 100) and supports a close-up macro mode. The flash head can be tilted, accommodating various lighting setups. A dedicated test button allows the user to trigger the flash manually to verify its operational status—a useful feature when configuring multi-flash setups. It is compatible with cameras featuring a standard hot shoe, such as those from Minolta, Pentax, and Ricoh.
The unit shows signs of wear consistent with regular use, and there are traces of a repair to the edge of the hot shoe base. The original packaging is not included.
