This is an original antique Art Nouveau tile with a relief-decorated design. This tile was made by Georg Schmider, Zell am Harmersbach, Germany, circa 1907. The tile featuring an image of purple flowers is in nice condition with bright glaze. There are some light signs of wear and fine craquelé on the front and back. On the back the decor number 949 is impressed. Tiles from this factory were often used in Art Nouveau furniture. I pack with great care and ship with PostNL.

Dit is een originele antieke Art Nouveau tegel met een decoratie in reliëf. Deze tegel is gemaakt bij Georg Schmider, Zell am Harmersbach, Duitsland omstreeks 1907. De tegel met een afbeelding van paarse bloemen is in een mooie conditie met heldere glazuur.  Er zijn wat lichte gebruikssporen en craquelé op voor en achterzijde. Op de achterkant is het decor nummer 949 ingeperst. Tegels van deze fabriek werden vaak gebruikt in Art Nouveau meubelen. Ik verpak met veel zorg en verstuur met PostNL.
