The 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK 200 Kompressor LPG Cabriolet has an automatic transmission.

AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful and well-running Mercedes CLK 200 Kompressor LPG cabriolet in a luxurious Elegance version, built in 2005, original 1.8 liter engine with compressor, and automatic transmission. This 200 is from the W209 series, thus a cabriolet, extremely comfortable but also quick when needed, with 163 hp. In 2017 the current LPG installation was professionally installed, it works excellently. See also the photos.

EXTERIOR:

The car shows some signs of use, which is not unusual after 21 years, but the car looks fine, and the underside is neat as well, see the photos. This Mercedes is above-average in terms of paint and rust, also on the W209 critical spots such as the fender edges and so on it is very neat. The cabriolet roof works automatically and well, the roof itself is in good condition.

TECHNICS:

On the dashboard, when starting, the message is shown: “No Malfunction.” So everything works fine. There are various manuals and documents with the car, including for the navigation. The service intervals have been kept up to date over the years, and since the car hasn’t been used much in recent months, a maintenance check is recommended. The car starts, drives, shifts, brakes and steers perfectly, like new.

INTERIOR:

This Mercedes is equipped with a particularly neat interior, with hardly any signs of use. Both the seats and the rear bench, the neat door panels, the soft-top headliner and the carpeting look fine. In short, a neat and fully equipped Mercedes.

DOCUMENTS:

The car was new in Belgium and has a Belgian deregistered registration; the new owner can easily register the car in his/her country with the accompanying papers (also for the tow hitch and for the LPG installation). An official invoice is of course provided by the seller. A COC document can be supplied for an additional €90. Through the CarPass document, the mileage can be verified; there is one typographical error in one place, see the spot in the photo where the cursor is. All in all, this mileage is fully verifiable.

TRANSPORT:

The car is located in Hengevelde, Netherlands and can obviously be picked up there. The car can be delivered within the Netherlands at an additional cost (excluding the Wadden Islands).

The seller can have the car delivered cheaply across the entire EU by a professional carrier.

Disclaimer

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
