Marks: each with blue shield underglaze mark, 4 times with two rubbing lines through the horizontal line next to the shield mark. Each with press mark "501" (model number) and 3 times with press mark for the Boissier number ("7", "30" and "44") with year mark "E" or "F", as well as each with decor "010110" and painter’s number in red on glaze.

We package all items with the utmost care and with shock protection (packing paper, bubble wrap, air cushions, if necessary cardboard inside a carton). To date, 99.9% of all porcelain pieces have arrived safely with customers, including larger dinner services (larger services are often split into several packages). If there is a transport damage (for example due to improper handling by the shipping service), you will either receive your purchase price refunded after the facts are examined or we will send you a replacement item after agreement and availability.
