Espresso coffee service in porcelain by Pablo Picasso with official license, produced by Bohemia Porcelain in 2005 under authorization from Sucesión Picasso and VEGAP Madrid.
The staging presents the vividly colored costumes designed by Picasso for the "Parade Ballet", originally created in Rome in 1917, and for the "Tricorn Ballet", originally created in London in 1919.
These are not simply dishes inspired by Picasso. The original saucers are fully marked on the back with Bohemia Porcelain, Sucesión Picasso, Pablo Ruiz Picasso, VEGAP Madrid 2005, together with the title and provenance of the work.
The small white porcelain espresso cups feature a lively theatrical figure in bright colors, bringing to life an extraordinary combination of modern collectible art and functional European porcelain.
An exclusive set for Pablo Picasso collectors, artist-designed porcelain, espresso coffee makers, ballet memorabilia, and modern art tableware.
Altogether there are 3 different figures on the cups, and 3 different figures on the saucers, and only one cup and saucer do not match.
