Description from the seller
The Technics SH-8015 is a stereo graphic equalizer, produced in Japan by Matsushita Electric (circa 1982–1984). The model comes from a popular Technics period and is designed to adjust the tonal color of an audio system very precisely to the acoustics of the listening room or to personal preferences.
The equalizer features 5 frequency bands per channel (63 Hz, 250 Hz, 1 kHz, 4 kHz and 16 kHz) with a selectable range of ±12 dB per band. The slide controls are equipped with integrated red LED indicators, which provide a clear view of the set frequency curve both in the dark and in daylight. In addition, the device is equipped with a tape monitor circuit and a bypass/EQ switch for a direct comparison with the uncorrected source signal.
The unit is delivered as a standalone equalizer.
Condition:
Nice vintage condition with normal, light signs of use consistent with the age on the front and top.
The unit has been tested to be technically functional; all slide controls, LED indicators and signal paths operate as they should.
