AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Children's croquet set produced by Arco-Falc Milano in the Fifties, preserved with its original wooden wheeled carrying cart for the game.
The set includes four wooden mallets with handles painted red, blue, green and yellow, colored wooden balls, and metal stakes and hoops. The cart is designed to hold and organize all the elements of the game, with dedicated compartments for the mallets, a lower compartment for balls and accessories, and upper supports for the hoops.
The original Arco-Falc Milano label remains on the cart.
The combination of natural wood and primary colors, repeated across the various elements of the game, is particularly appealing. The surfaces preserve their original patina, with marks, abrasions and natural color variations due to use and time.
A rare antique game that, beyond its original function, today retains a strong decorative and graphic quality."
