Silver jug JEZLER, fineness 800, Switzerland, Art Deco

An original table jug from the renowned Swiss manufacturer Jezler, made of silver with fineness 800, the interwar period (c. 1920–1940).

Elegant, modernist form (Art Deco). The jug rests on three legs, with a distinctive handle and an ebonite knob (a material used in luxurious pieces of that era). The lid is hinged, the pouring lip is profiled.

Forma elegancka, modernistyczna (Art Deco). Dzbanek osadzony na trzech nóżkach, z charakterystycznym uchwytem i gałką z ebonitu (materiał stosowany w luksusowych wyrobach tej epoki). Pokrywa na zawiasie, wylewka profilowana.
