The Bang & Olufsen Beosound Core is a super-compact, high-quality music streamer with endless possibilities for your B&O system. You can use the Beosound Core in combination with a Beoamp 2 to control the built-in speakers of your B&O multi-room system. And if you already have an older B&O installation without streaming, you can use the Beosound Core to upgrade it to today’s technology – possibly with an adapter cable.

With the Beosound Core you can directly stream from your favorite music apps via Chromecast built-in, Apple AirPlay 2 or Bluetooth. Or you can listen to internet radio, Deezer or play music files from your computer via the B&O app. The Beosound Core also supports the handy Beoremote Halo remote (sold separately), so you can store the streamer and control everything with the Halo or your phone.

BANG & OLUFSEN BEOSOUND CORE – CHROMECAST BUILT-IN, AIRPLAY 2 AND BLUETOOTH

Chromecast built-in is a clever way to stream music and sound from a smartphone, tablet or computer to your system. Most music apps (Spotify, TIDAL, TuneIn Radio, etc.) are Chromecast-compatible. So press the icon and you can immediately enjoy your favorite music in CD quality through the Bang & Olufsen Beosound Core. AirPlay 2 is a similar Apple technology, so you can stream via your iPhone/iPad with CD quality; it has a small scratch on the top, hence a free wall mount included.

You control everything with your smartphone, so you can totally choose which wireless speakers or music streamers you want to use. And because everything is played by the system, your phone’s battery lasts much longer. You can also use it to select tracks and adjust the volume, wherever you are in the house.

BLUETOOTH – ALL VERY EASY

With the Bang & Olufsen Beosound Core you can also stream directly from your mobile phone, for example via Bluetooth, just like a regular wireless Bluetooth speaker. Super simple and you don’t need a network. Includes a free wall mount!

The inputs still have the protective plastic on them, it has hardly been used.
