AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Numbered limited edition 1/10
The artwork depicts the young protagonists riding bicycles, arranged three-dimensionally above the historic emblem, while two figures appear upside down in the lower section, reflected within a textured vortex. The subjects emerge from the stone-like material with a striking physical, three-dimensional presence, creating a perfect fusion between the sculptural volumes of the high relief and the layered surface of the light marble background.
The precious gold veins running through the marble structure are an explicit reference to the centuries-old art of Kintsugi, highlighting the value of fractures as a symbol of the ennobling of duality, the inseparable bond between parallel worlds, and the rebuilding of friendship through the precious reassembly of fragments. Please note that the artwork is not an actual marble high relief or a physical three-dimensional sculpture, but rather the visual effect of a 2D canvas designed to create an exceptional illusion of depth and textured relief.
A collectible conceptual artwork where the imagery of pop culture and cult TV series meets the discipline of classical sculpture and the philosophy of imperfection, celebrating the re-enchantment of modern myths.

Seller's Story
Makayhos was born to transform the concept of the 2D canvas into a visual, three-dimensional and emotional experience. Each work reinterprets iconic figures from pop culture, animation, cinema and the contemporary imaginary through the solemn language of classical sculpture and marble bas-relief.
The strategic objective is to offer collectors and aesthetes a piece of furniture and conceptual art capable of uniting:
- Three-dimensionality and Optical Illusion: The perception of a high-relief carved in stone on a premium canvas surface with a matte finish.
- Philosophy of Kintsugi: The integration of golden veining that traverses the marble matter, celebrating imperfection, resilience and the nobility of cracks, transforming each subject into a timeless art relic.
- Conceptual Elevation ("Reinchantment"): Extracting the contemporary icon from its original context to deliver it to a solemn, sacred and eternal dimension, elevating it to a true collectible object for galleries and international auctions.
