Title of the work: 250 GTO in Gilded Travertine
Artist: Kleury.art
Edition: Limited edition of 5 copies
Dimensions: 70x50 cm (horizontal orientation)

The work blends studio photography elegance with the sensibility of still life, placing the car on a white marble drapery with golden veins. Authenticity: Digitally numbered certificate of authenticity, signed and paired with the EMA edition, provided on request.
THE WORK
“250 GTO in Gilded Travertine” is a rigorous, refined, and visually impactful work, dedicated to one of the most legendary grand touring cars in Maranello’s history. Built between 1962 and 1964 for homologation in GT competition, the 250 GTO is considered by many to be the ultimate symbol of the Ferrari race car on the road, a rare car and today among the most desired by collectors.
The composition adopts a perfectly top-down view, in which the car occupies the center of the board like an artwork on a pedestal. The intense red of the body stands out against the gray-and-gold veined white marble, while the soft lines of the hood, the raked windshield, and the tapered rear are clearly legible. The air intakes on the front fenders, the side grilles, and the silver wheels complete the car’s profile.
The drapery of marble that supports it billows into wide, soft folds, like a silk fabric lifted by the wind. The golden veins running through it, thin and bright, create a pattern that seems to stitch the surfaces together and give every fracture a decorative value, like a stained glass window or an ancient mosaic.
The color palette, dominated by Corsa red and ivory white, is enriched by golden reflections and warm marble grays, creating a refined contrast between mechanical rigor and formal lightness.
WORDS FROM THE ARTIST
“With ‘250 GTO in Gilded Travertine’ I wanted to bring Ferrari out of the track and into gallery space. The 250 GTO is one of the purest forms ever drawn for a car, and I chose to portray it from above because its geometry reads in all its elegance. The white marble, with its golden veining, gives the car a pedestal worthy of a work of art, while the drapery folds evoke classical sculptures and the movement of fabrics. The Corsa red remained the absolute protagonist, because it’s the color that most of all tells the soul of Ferrari. The biggest challenge was to make the rigour of the car’s lines coexist with the softness of marble and drapery, without one overpowering the other. I selected EMA Fine Art paper because its totally matte finish renders the full red and the delicate gold of the veining with no artificial reflections. I hope this board brings the beauty of a legend exhibited as a work of art, the cult of mechanical perfection, and the timeless charm of the Prancing Horse into spaces.”
