Description from the seller

This handwoven Kilim is characterized by a clear, modern composition and a distinctive geometric arrangement. The large base area is rendered in a muted mid-to-gray-blue and forms the calm frame for the central pattern.
At the center lies an elongated field in Sage green, framed by broad beige to sand-colored shapes. The side edges of the middle field are serrated, giving the composition a distinctly graphic effect. The design is complemented by recurrent short line motifs in coral orange, dark blue, brown, cream and muted green.
The patterns are symmetrically distributed across the surface and create a clear, rhythmic structure. Despite the geometric design, the rug feels pleasantly calm and homely due to the muted colors and the visible weaving texture.
With its dimensions of 205 × 147 cm, the Kilim is ideally suited for living, sleeping, or work areas and provides there a modern but unobtrusive accent.
