This 2004 Bentley Continental GT W12 has automatic transmission, a petrol engine and 126,222 km on the odometer, and is offered as a project requiring servicing and general maintenance.
Description from the seller
UP FOR AUCTION:
• equipped with the prestigious W12 engine
• New double battery recently installed
• Supplied with German registration booklet and 2 keys available
• Tires in good condition with DOT code 2019
• Offered as an auction lot for review and general maintenance
HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
The Bentley Continental GT, introduced in 2003 under Volkswagen Group management, redefined the concept of luxury high-performance grand tourer, combining extraordinary performance with British artisanal refinement. Driven by the imposing 12-cylinder W biturbo powertrain with permanent all-wheel drive, the Continental GT quickly became a benchmark among the high-performance 2+2 coupes.
This example was previously purchased on the Catawiki platform and has stood idle for several years. There is no service history. The vehicle is supplied with two original keys, the accompanying German registration book, and is currently without license plates.
BODYWORK/PAINT:
The bodywork and paint show various signs of use and imperfections to be restored:
• In some areas of the rear bumper the clear coat tends to peel
• The right front door has some small dents and scratches
• The windshield shows a visible crack in the middle-left area
INTERIOR:
The cabin is preserved in normal period conditions with signs of aging and components requiring restoration or reattachment:
• Part of the left rear panel with damaged/flaking leather and veneer patch to be reattached
• Left front seat leather damaged and seat cover plastic broken
• Fuse panel cover detached beneath the steering wheel
• Rear ceiling light slightly detached
• Rear electric windows and satellite navigation system are not functioning
MECHANICS:
The car runs and shifts, but requires a service and thorough general maintenance due to the long period of inactivity. The two onboard batteries are new and the tires are in good condition (DOT 2019). The air conditioning system is not functioning (likely refrigerant recharge or needed repair).
DOCUMENTS:
The car is without license plates. Supplied with German registration book.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
