AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Recommended title:
Clamp-mounted industrial lamp – Bauhaus style – 1930s/1950s
Description:
Splendid workshop lamp in full industrial and Bauhaus style, dating from the mid-20th century (probably German or French production from the 1930s–1950s).
The piece is in original condition and retains a beautiful patina of time with fascinating signs of wear on the black paint. Although there are no visible marks — a common feature for work fittings of the era — the lines and construction details closely echo the famous designs by Midgard, Kandem, or Lampe Gras.
The lamp is equipped with an articulated arm with an original screw clamp.
The electrical system has been tested and is functioning correctly.
A unique piece with great character, ready to be integrated into any mid-century modern setting.
• Style: Industrial / Bauhaus
• Material: Metal and iron
• Mounting: Original adjustable clamp
• Condition: Tested and working, with original patina
