Description from the seller
Going up for auction is probably one of the rarest Nike SB Lows ever made. Even more rare is the fact that this pair is signed by 4 of the biggest names in Nike Skateboarding ever.
Richard Mulder – One of the original Nike SB pioneers
Richard Mulder was part of Nike SB's original team when the division launched in 2002. He was one of the four skaters selected to create the first SB Dunk Low colourways, known as the legendary Colors By series. His own Dunk was among the very first Nike SB releases, making him an essential figure in the foundation of the brand.
Chet Childress – A defining figure of early Nike SB skate culture
Chet Childress became an important part of Nike SB's early professional skate team. Known for his distinctive style and contribution to the skateboarding scene, he featured in Nike SB's influential early skate videos, including On Tap (2004). He represents the authentic skateboarding culture that helped Nike SB earn credibility within the skate community.
Gino Iannucci – An original member of the legendary first four
Gino Iannucci is one of the most important names from the original Nike SB era. As one of the four original riders in 2002, he was given the opportunity to create his own SB Dunk Low colourway. His contribution to the iconic Colors By collection helped establish the identity of Nike SB and set the standard for future collaborations between professional skateboarders and Nike. His influence remains deeply embedded in the brand's history.
Paul Rodriguez (P-Rod) – The face of Nike SB's global rise
Paul Rodriguez is arguably one of the most influential skateboarders ever associated with Nike SB. Joining the team in 2004, he helped take the brand to an entirely new level of international recognition. Following his X Games success, he became Nike SB's first signature-shoe athlete with the P-Rod line in 2005. His partnership with Nike was a landmark moment, proving that skateboarding could have the same signature-athlete culture as basketball.
The significance of these four signatures
What makes this particular piece so special is the combination of these four names on one original silver Nike SB shoebox.
Together, they represent the early foundations, authentic skateboarding culture and international growth of Nike SB. From the original pioneers Richard Mulder and Gino Iannucci, to the influential skateboarding presence of Chet Childress and the global impact of Paul Rodriguez, each signature represents a different part of the brand's story.
Finding one or two of these signatures would already be an impressive addition to a collection. Having all four together on an original silver Nike SB box makes this a particularly distinctive piece of Nike SB memorabilia.
For a serious Nike SB collector, this is much more than a signed shoebox. It is a piece of skateboarding history.
