Alps - Tin toy - Japanese Tinplate & Battery Operated Dutch Politie Volkswagen, Boxed - 1950-1960 - Japan

This specially made-for-the-Dutch-market Volkswagen Beetle is in nearly untouched top condition; the siren and light on the roof work perfectly, the wheels turn, but it neither rolls nor drives well. Although it’s not an item that’s still played with, I want to mention it. Truly a highly decorative and rare item offered in this condition.
