AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Beautiful vintage rocking chair dating from the late 1970s / early 1980s, in a Rustic-Colonial style. A solid piece of furniture with striking visual appeal, ideal for adding a touch of warmth and classic elegance to living rooms, bedrooms, or family rooms.
• Frame: Made entirely of solid walnut-stained wood, with elegant turned-spindle detailing on the armrests and lower supports. The curved rockers and reinforcing crossbars are structurally sound and sturdy, ensuring a smooth, safe rocking motion.
• Upholstery and Fabric: The seat and backrest have generous, fixed, very comfortable padding, topped with a comfortable shaped headrest roll. The covering is a jacquard fabric with multicolored floral patterns. The back of the backrest is finely finished around the entire perimeter with original dark upholstery studs from the period.
Condition:
The item is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition, with only minor, normal signs of age on the wood that attest to its vintage authenticity. Fabric is intact, taut, and clean.
