An elegant vintage English mahogany-finished magazine and newspaper rack, combining practical storage with a fold-out leather-covered writing desk.

The cleverly designed upper panel unfolds from its stored position to create a horizontal writing surface, transforming the magazine rack into a compact occasional desk.

The writing surface features olive-green leather with an ornate gilt floral border, complemented by finely turned wooden spindle supports. The distinctive tripod pedestal base has gracefully curved, fluted legs terminating in decorative brass lion paw feet.

The open lower compartment provides convenient storage for newspapers, magazines and documents, while the fold-out writing surface offers additional functionality.
