Description from the seller

Unique Hand-Signed 1/1 Ceramic Sculpture Vase by Arne Quinze – 'Mutagenesis' Series (2007)
An exceptional and rare original piece created by world-renowned Belgian artist Arne Quinze (b. 1971). Formed as part of his celebrated Mutagenesis series—presented at the Verona Design Fair (Abitare il Tempo) in 2007—this white ceramic sculpture features Quinze’s signature expressionist action painting style.

Exhibited as part of Quinze's pivotal 2007 Mutagenesis project, this sculpture embodies his early transition toward museum-scale installations and avant-garde luxury design. Marked explicitly as 1/1, this unique work offers a rare opportunity for contemporary art and high-design collectors to acquire an authentic piece of Quinze's design history

His visual style is expressive, vibrant orange, bright red, and blue paint splatters and drippings over an organic, twisted white porcelain/ceramic form. Hand-signed and dated at the base by the artist in dark pigment: "Arne Quinze 2007 1/1", with inventory reference stickers on the underside (22011 and M04). Painted glazed ceramic / porcelain.
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations (please see all photos for details).

This object is now in storage in Belgium.
