Nostalgic pre-WWII mantel clock. Eight-day movement with a striking mechanism, entirely made of brass. Multi-tone (Westminster) gong on full and half hours, as well as on quarters. Complete with original crank handle and winding key. Has three winding springs. Runs and strikes perfectly. Timepiece is enclosed in arched oak cabinet with mahogany trims and chrome-plated legs. Fitted with chrome plated dial with ditto Arabic numerals and hands. Hinged convex glass door fitted in a chrome plated frame. Has a door with brass hinges and twist lock on the back.
