Rotor blade of the Westland Lynx helicopter.

This type of helicopter was used in many European armed forces. 
It was a helicopter with multiple roles: it was used in both defensive and supporting roles.

The Dutch army has used 24 of these aircrafts.
The first one came into service in 1976 and the last one left the fleet in September 2012.

The offered rotor blade comes from the XZ236, which served in the Royal Navy (see photo). 

A beautiful and special item that is a beautiful eye-catcher in the living room, office or mancave. 
A decoration piece with a story.
